I started a training program in Hilton Head in the spring. In July I came to see Rob to continue a program. My goals were to increase flexibility, reduce my waistline, lose 3 to 4 pounds, and to tone up. After 25 sessions with Rob, I have exceeded all my goals! My flexibility has increased 100%, endurance is up 50% and waistline has been reduced by 2 inches, and I have lost 5 pounds! Robs commitment to me has resulted in the achievement of these goals. I plan to continue further sessions with Rob into the spring. With a little help goals can be reached and even surpassed!
